BankersKlub is India’s first and only Fintech aggregator platform built and designed exclusively for former/retired bankers. The platform redeploys India’s pool of experienced former bankers, leveraging their diverse and regulatory expertise, credit knowledge, and above all, grassroots understanding of the financial ecosystems. It also serves as a unified lending interface (ULI), facilitating a range of lending solutions such as personal, car, home, LAP, and unsecured business loans, along with loans against mutual funds and shares.
· 5-6 years of experience in Lead Full Stack Development with the MERN stack.
· Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (IAM, EC2, S3, networking, security).
· Administer MongoDB Atlas clusters (scaling, performance tuning, backups).
· Design scalable APIs (REST/GraphQL) and ensure application security.
· Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps practices.
· Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.
· Proven experience with MongoDB Atlas Administration
· Solid knowledge of AWS services (IAM, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, VPC).
· Proficiency with Moment.js
· Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices.
· Leadership & mentoring experience
· CI/CD implementation (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
· Knowledge of serverless AWS (Lambda, API Gateway).
· Docker, Kubernetes, or Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
· Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, and application security best practices.
