Role Overview
We are seeking Mechanical Engineering Team Leads to head cross-functional projects in areas such as drone propulsion systems, rotary products, and consumer appliances. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong technical depth, proven leadership experience, and exposure to international standards and best practices. You will lead a team of mechanical engineers, collaborate with electronics and manufacturing teams, and deliver products from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, development, and validation of rotary and motion-related products (e.g., drone motors, compressors, fans, and appliance components).

Manage and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, setting technical direction and ensuring high-quality output.

Drive product design from concept sketches and CAD modeling to prototyping, testing, and mass production.

Ensure compliance with international safety, reliability, and efficiency standards.

Collaborate closely with electrical, controls, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.

Work with global suppliers and customers, ensuring alignment on technical requirements and quality benchmarks.

Provide technical leadership in areas such as thermal management, noise/vibration optimization, materials selection, and durability testing.

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple parallel projects.
Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred, especially from reputed institutions in India or abroad).

8–12 years of experience in mechanical design and product development, with significant exposure to rotary products, electromechanical systems, or consumer appliances.

International exposure through education, global projects, or overseas work experience strongly preferred.

Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams and delivering products from concept to market.

Strong expertise in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA) and simulation software (FEA, CFD).

Familiarity with design for manufacturing (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), and reliability engineering.

Experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
