Lead Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Titan, a leading jewellery company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead Marketing (New Business). In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth for our jewellery division in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive new business growth for the jewellery division

- Identify and target potential customers through market research and analysis

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to expand our customer base

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives

- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

- Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives

- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts

- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate new trends and techniques into marketing strategies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the jewellery industry

- Proven track record of driving new business growth and achieving sales targets

- Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools

- Knowledge of the Bengaluru market and jewellery industry is a plus

• Demonstrated expertise in consumer insights and brand positioning. 
• Proven success in developing and deploying digital-first omni-brand strategies. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional brand design across various mediums. 
• Experience managing content teams and producing high-quality video and photographic content. 
• Obsessive attention to detail and a commitment to quality. 
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing budgets. 
• Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities. 
• Strong network within national and international brand design firms.
