Job Description

Roles & Responsibility

Implement strategies for brand protection
Work with customs authorities, law enforcement and legal representatives in Indian region in an effort to prevent the sale of counterfeit products
Coordinate with brand protection team on enforcement efforts and strategies
Guide employees/investigators and other business partners to identify counterfeit products
Manage budget for brand enforcement
Manage and track regional enforcement matters
Travel will be required

Required Skills

Great collaboration and effective communications skills
Display good interviewing and interrogation skills along with the capability of drafting reports
Organized with attention to details ; professional attitude and dependable
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines
Ability to research market, methodically organize and analyze data from initial response through successful conclusion
Ability to coordinate investigations with law enforcement
