Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Promote HVAC products and project solutions in the assigned region.
  • Conduct field visits to consultants, architects, builders, and clients.
  • Generate enquiries and support the sales team for order conversion.
  • Prepare presentations, product catalogues, and technical submittals.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, seminars, and site demos.
  • Market research, competitor analysis, and reporting.
  • Maintain CRM data and marketing MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with internal sales, design, and project teams

Preferred candidate profile

  • BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical / HVAC / Electrical Engineering.
  • 25 years of experience in HVAC marketing / business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Good technical understanding of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, AHU, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
