Lead Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

To lead and coordinate strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation. This role ensures alignment between global and regional marketing strategies, manages cross-functional collaboration, and oversees the execution of marketing projects with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and generate direct sales from exporters, logistics firms in fisheries and agriculture industry.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Facilitate communication between marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Manage marketing automation tools and platforms to enhance customer experience.
• Develop and present comprehensive technical proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Represent the organization at industry exhibitions and manage incoming digital enquirers effectively.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of cold chain, logistics, fisheries, agriculture
• B2B selling
• Good presentation & pricing skills
• Understanding cost models for reefer containers.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in strategic marketing, branding, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5-10 Years as Business Development Manager/Lead, Marketing/Sales Lead experienced in preferably cold chain, logistics solutions or any relevant industry.
• Preferred MBA/BE/BTech/Diploma (Mech/EEE)/B.Com or any degree/diploma with relevant experience and aptitude.
