Please share your CV on sv11@svmanagement.com Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Marketing Manager to lead the institutes marketing, branding, and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a refined sense of cultural engagement, and a professional presence. Prior experience in the fields of philosophy, culture, history, or with non-profit or academic organizations is highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the institute's mission and programs Lead brand positioning, audience engagement, and institutional visibility across digital and traditional platforms Plan and execute integrated campaigns for events, exhibitions, and public programs Manage content creation for print, social media, websites, and press releases Build and maintain media relationships; coordinate with PR and communication partners Lead a small marketing and creative team to ensure high-quality execution Collaborate closely with curators, program managers, and external agencies Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, audience insights, and engagement trends Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field 8 to 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in culture, heritage, education, or non-profit sectors Experience working in mission-driven or public-facing institutions is an advantage Fluency in English Hindi & Marath
