Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lead Management Intern role located in Badarpur and Pitampura. The intern will assist in managing and nurturing potential leads, communicating with clients, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. Daily responsibilities may include data entry, profiling leads, engaging with prospective clients, tracking lead progress, and supporting the sales team. The intern will play a pivotal role in ensuring an efficient lead conversion process while contributing to the growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in data management, organizational tools, and basic computer skills
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and support lead generation and tracking processes
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry or prior experience in a related field is an advantage
• Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
