Job Title: Lead – Farmland Partnerships & Sales

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to lead our farmland sales and partnership initiatives. As the Lead – Farmland Partnerships & Sales, you will be at the forefront of building strategic relationships, driving sales performance, and positioning our managed farmland solutions as premium green investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive revenue targets and lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
· Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with HNIs, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
· Conduct consultations, site visits, and presentations to prospective clients.
· Guide and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and conversion.
· Stay informed on trends in farmland investments, agri-real estate, and sustainability.
· Maintain accurate sales records and regularly report on pipeline status, forecasts, and key metrics.
· Work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, operations, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
· Lead and manage the entire sales function including strategy, planning, and execution.
· Build and scale a high-performing sales team across regions.
· Own and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
· Foster strategic relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), channel partners, and corporate clients.
· Monitor KPIs, pipeline performance, and implement course corrections where needed.
· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
· Represent the company in key client interactions, events, and forums.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business, Agriculture, or related fields. MBA preferred.
· 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, farmland, or luxury assets.
· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
· Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and close large deals.
· Fluency in English; knowledge of Kannada or regional languages is an advantage.
· Passionate about land, sustainability, and long-term asset value.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
