Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the installation of new refrigeration systems in commercial properties.
• Evaluate existing systems and guide upgrades to align with current safety standards and regulations.
• Interpret and review blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer documentation for equipment.
• Oversee and perform complex maintenance and repairs on refrigeration systems to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot recurring issues and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to explain system operations and address concerns.
• Apply knowledge of plumbing and electrical components in the context of refrigeration systems.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulatory codes.
• Train, mentor, and support junior maintenance staff and technicians.
• Maintain records, generate performance reports, and contribute to budgeting for maintenance needs.
