Lead - Maintenance

As a member of the Group Company ACG Pam PharmaTechnologies Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting equipment malfunctions such as drilling machines, press machines, compressors, and more. You will be responsible for servicing and replacing old equipment to ensure smooth operations. Your key result areas will involve conducting routine maintenance and inspections of equipment, as well as performing maintenance process audits. You will also be tasked with establishing maintenance procedures and protocols to uphold operational standards. In this role, you will interact with various stakeholders to set and track maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will oversee the maintenance of production and electrical equipment to maintain efficiency and effectiveness. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Technical competencies required for this role include knowledge of utility and process equipment operation and maintenance, electronics component inspection, and the ability to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
