LEAD - IT

As a Lead Engineer - IT at Omega Healthcare Management Services Private Limited, you will be responsible for providing system support, installation, configuration, and maintenance of various IT products. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure smooth IT operations within the organization. The ideal candidate for this position should have 5+ years of experience in IT support and endpoint compliance management. - Provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving daily IT issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, Windows OS, LAN, and Wi-Fi networks. - Handle system installation, configuration, and maintenance of vendor products. - Generate and manage IT support tickets, assign tasks to relevant teams, and ensure resolution within SLA. - Support the resolution of incident, change, and problem management requests as per business requirements. - Prepare and submit IT reports to leads and managers on a daily basis. - Ensure timely support services to all employees while maintaining high service levels. - Maintain and track IT asset inventory. - Ensure endpoint compliance, including antivirus, encryption, and Windows patch updates. - Create PowerPoint presentations and reports using Excel as required. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles. - Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues. - Experience in ticketing systems and IT service management. - Knowledge of endpoint compliance, including antivirus, encryption, and patch management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint). - Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,
