We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Implant IT Recruiter with a proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes, specifically in the IT sector. This role will focus on driving talent acquisition strategies, working closely with hiring managers, and delivering high-quality tech candidates for key IT positions.As the Lead Implant IT Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of recruiters while managing complex hiring initiatives for a diverse range of technical roles. Your strong knowledge of the IT industry, recruitment best practices, and your ability to engage with clients and candidates alike will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for key IT positions. Client Collaboration: Work directly with internal hiring managers and external clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of junior recruiters, ensuring they meet performance and quality metrics. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future IT requirements. Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular communication with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure recruitment goals are aligned with business objectives. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure the recruitment strategy is aligned with organizational growth and goals. Market Insights: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in IT recruitment to provide valuable insights to both the team and management. Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and sourcing effectiveness. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 8 years of IT recruitment experience, including at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role. Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the IT industry, including knowledge of technical roles, technologies, and skill sets required. Recruitment Skills: Proven ability to source, screen, and hire top talent in a highly competitive market. Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring teams of recruiters, with a strong ability to drive team performance and deliver results. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders and candidates. Tools & Systems: Proficiency in using recruitment software (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.) and a strong understanding of modern sourcing tools and techniques. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex hiring challenges. Education: A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). Desirable Skills: Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Advanced knowledge of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with different recruitment methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, etc.). Experience in conducting recruitment training or workshops.
