Job Description

Role Description

Capture and document business requirements through BRDs, SRS, use-cases, and gap analysis.
Conduct requirements gathering sessions and collaborate with business users across multiple geographies.
Lead design brainstorming, prototype reviews, and workshops with stakeholders and SMEs.
Coordinate onsite-offshore teams across development, testing, and deployment phases.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution design documents.
Integrate workflows with external systems such as credit bureaus and other data sources.
Develop and maintain database queries and analytical tools using SQL, Oracle, DB2, etc.
Strong experience with BPM, workflow, rule engine products, and application customization.
Excellent communication, client-facing, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in technical field with 7+ years in finance/software delivery and application development/testing experience.
