Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with
expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) to join our team. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces, buildingand maintaining server-side application logic, and developing and integratingmiddleware components to ensure seamless communication between front-end andback-end systems within ITSM environments. A strong technical awareness ofGenerative AI (GenAI) is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

User Interface Design andImplementation:

Design and implement user
interfaces for ITSM applications using technologies such as React,Node.js, and JavaScript.
Ensure the user interface
is responsive, intuitive, and tailored to ITSM processes.

Server-Side ApplicationLogic:

Build and maintain
server-side application logic for ITSM solutions using languages likeNode.js, Python, Java, or PHP.
Manage database
interactions and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval within ITSMsystems.

Middleware ComponentDevelopment:

Develop and integrate
middleware components (MCPs) to connect front-end and back-end componentsin ITSM applications.
Ensure smooth data flow and
communication between different parts of the ITSM application.

Technical Awareness:

Stay updated with the
latest trends and advancements in Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
Apply GenAI knowledge to
enhance ITSM application features and functionalities.

Collaboration andCommunication:

Work closely with
cross-functional teams, including ITSM specialists, designers, productmanagers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality ITSM softwaresolutions.
Participate in code reviews
and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Full
Stack Developer or similar role, preferably in ITSM environments.
Strong proficiency in
front-end technologies such as React, Node.js, and JavaScript.
Experience with server-side
languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP.
Familiarity with ITSM
database management and integration.
Excellent problem-solving
skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Generative
AI (GenAI) technologies.
Knowledge of ITSM platforms
and tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Cherwell.
Strong communication and
collaboration skills.
