Job Description

As a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Salesforce Consultant at this company, your role will be to act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions, supporting implementation and testing, and driving user adoption. Your understanding of Salesforce capabilities and agile methodologies will ensure that solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with evolving business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather and document business requirements - Analyze current business processes and identify Salesforce-based improvement opportunities - Convert business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and functional requirements - Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to design effective solutions - Support system testing: define test cases, coordinate UAT, and validate functionality - Deliver training sessions and develop adoption-supporting documentation - Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery throughout the lifecycle - Monitor system usage and performance; recommend enhancements and process optimizations - Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and best practices to provide strategic guidance Must-Have Skills: - Strong experience in Salesforce ecosystem, especially in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud - Business Analysis skills including requirement gathering & documentation, process mapping, user stories, and functional specifications - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to create and deliver training materials, support UAT, and facilitate workshops - Strong problem-solving ability and a consultative mindset Good-to-Have Skills: - Exposure to Salesforce implementation projects across multiple clouds - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart - Experience in change management and user adoption strategies - Knowledge of automation tools within Salesforce (e.g., Flow, Process Builder) - Experience working in cross-functional, global teams Certifications: Mandatory: - Salesforce Certified Business Analyst - Salesforce Administrator Certification Preferred: - Additional certifications like Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or App Builder (Note: No additional details about the company were specified in the job description.),
