Job Description

As a SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in SAP FICO, particularly in S4 HANA & CFIN, to contribute to end-to-end implementation, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating proficiency in SAP FICO CO Modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and COPA (Profitability Analysis) - Being familiar with S4/HANA versions 1809 & 1909 and proficient in Fiori Tiles and new table structures in S4/HANA, including Asset Accounting and Account-Based COPA - Utilizing your problem-solving skills for strong analytical thinking and decision-making, along with effective written and verbal communication to convey complex technical details to various stakeholders - Taking ownership of tasks and processes independently, mentoring junior team members, and being willing to work in shifts and contribute in urgent scenarios - Recommending process-level improvements in SAP FICO and S4 HANA environments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications required for this role include: - 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP FICO with expertise in SAP FICO CO Modules, S4 HANA, and CFIN - Proven experience in end-to-end implementation, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Proficiency in written and verbal communication to convey technical details effectively - Self-management skills and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members - Experience in recommending process-level improvements in SAP FICO and S4 HANA environments Additionally, familiarity with SOLMAN and GRC systems, exposure to VIM/OpenText for document management integration, business analyst experience, knowledge in Cash Management processes in SAP FICO, and understanding of S4 HANA Central Finance (CFIN) would be advantageous for this role.,
