Lead I - Enterprise Solutions - SAP FICO S4 HANA & CFIN

The role of SAP FICO Consultant at UST in Bangalore, India requires an experienced professional with 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP FICO. As a SAP FICO Expert, you should have a strong understanding of SAP FICO S4 HANA & CFIN, including CO Modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and COPA (Profitability Analysis). You should be familiar with S4/HANA versions 1809 & 1909 and proficient in Fiori Tiles and new table structures in S4/HANA, including Asset Accounting and Account-Based COPA. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end implementation, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects in SAP FICO and S4 HANA environments. You should possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you should be able to take ownership of tasks independently, mentor junior team members, and contribute in urgent scenarios. It would be beneficial if you have familiarity with SOLMAN and GRC systems, exposure to VIM/OpenText for document management integration, and business analyst experience for gathering requirements and offering system solutions. Knowledge in Cash Management and related processes in SAP FICO, as well as S4 HANA Central Finance (CFIN), would be advantageous.
