Responsibilities
- 1. Process involves support provided to a spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions which are largely transactional in nature.
- Engage in processing and reviewing of transaction as per the standard operating procedures and guidelines.
- Support the manager in the management of workflow, reporting and HR digital transformation projects
- Responsible to perform MYHR activities for HRCO Asia with 100% quality & as per agreed timelines
- Establishing and reporting on relevant KPI's or SLA's
- Support audit missions and ensure closure of audit points / Declaring Internal controls
- Seek regular feedback from partners to learn and develop skills, and actively collaborate & contribute to change management as we adapt in a dynamic environment
- Monthly governance with the stake holders.
- Assist SG staff by answering first level queries on emails and phone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- As a generalist process all standard letter, perform reference checks and Background Screening.
- Maintain and update staff inputs in HR database with accuracy.
- Ability to deliver under challenging and dynamic environment.
- Coordinate and follow-up with Level 2, Level 3 and Onsite HR SPOCS for resolution.
- Update knowledge Bank / FAQ’s constantly with new / updated information.
- Sensitive handling of SG employee data.
- Have a customer centric approach and provide excellent customer satisfaction
- Conduct the day-to-day operations in a professional manner
- Improve overall satisfaction and delight of the customer in order to improve their confidence in MyHR services. This is measured through the customer satisfaction survey scores.
- Track / Report daily deliverables. Able to produce reports and dashboards.
- Meet / Exceed defined SLAs, Accuracy, and other KPI metrics as agreed
- Alert and flag issues on any suspicious queries or inquires to the onsite HR (Level 3) / relevant HRs in shortest possible timeframe
- Seek feedback from employees to improve service delivery
- Act as back-up for other support locations in MyHR.
