Lead Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction and constructive feedback.
• Conceptualize and execute high-impact visual content for web, social media, presentations, ads, branding, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with the digital marketing, content, and business development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to introduce fresh and innovative approaches.
• Oversee the end-to-end creative process — from ideation to delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high quality and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and UI elements.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
