Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Golang Developer with a strong background in Product Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in developing and maintaining scalable applications using Golang.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Golang developers in designing, developing, and implementing high-performance and scalable software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features.
Participate in code reviews, architecture design, and technical discussions.
Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices are followed.
Contribute to the technical roadmap and drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

5–8 years of backend engineering experience with Golang.
Strong understanding of Go concurrency (goroutines, channels) and memory model.
Experience building microservices and distributed systems in production environments.
Proficient with REST APIs, gRPC, protobuf, and event-driven systems.
Deep knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.).
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and scalability principles.
Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger).
