Job Summary

We are looking for a tenacious and persuasive Lead Generator to actively recruit and onboard blue-collar service providers (e.g., electricians, plumbers, landscapers, general contractors) to register for a commercial account on our e-commerce website. The primary value proposition for these businesses is the opportunity to receive qualified job leads directly through our platform's marketplace feature, in addition to accessing industry-specific products and services.

This role is critical for building our core database of service professionals and requires effective communication skills to clearly articulate the value of joining our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Database Building: Proactively identify, qualify, and contact prospective blue-collar businesses using outbound methods (cold calling, email outreach, field visits if applicable).
  • Value Proposition Communication: Clearly explain how registering for a free business account on our e-commerce site will generate new, qualified job leads for their business, alongside product procurement benefits.
  • Onboarding Support: Guide prospects through the account creation and verification process on our website to ensure successful registration and activation.
  • Targeted Research: Utilize industry directories, local business listings, and online resources to build a pipeline of target businesses.
  • CRM Management: Accurately log all contact attempts, lead status, and registration outcomes within our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine recruitment messaging and the account management team to ensure a smooth transition for newly registered users.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for new business registrations and successful database additions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or recruitment role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with the blue-collar sector or field services industry is highly advantageous.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, Telugu; comfortable initiating conversations with busy trade professionals.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to hit targets and grow the user base.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and basic computer applications.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing a pipeline of prospects with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or higher education a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
