Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential companies across various industries
  • Generate new leads through online platforms, databases, and direct outreach
  • Make cold calls to decision-makers to explore opportunities
  • Qualify leads and gather relevant business information
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development team
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records in the CRM
  • Meet weekly/monthly lead generation and call targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong cold calling and persuasion skills
  • Ability to confidently approach decision-makers across industries
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Experience in IT lead generation is a plus, but

    not mandatory
