Job Description

Job Objective: To plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that generate daily, qualified inbound leads for our property and interior design offerings , no cold calling, just performance driven digital execution. Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Create and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram 2.Generate quality leads for real estate projects and interior services 3.Build and optimize landing pages or lead forms to capture inquiries 4.Use WhatsApp, email, and SMS tools for lead nurturing and retargeting 5.Collaborate with the design team for ad creatives and visuals 6.Track campaign performance, cost per lead (CPL), and conversions 7.Report leads and campaign data to the sales and management team 8.Ensure 100% daily lead handover and follow-up coordination Requirements: 1.1–3 years of experience in digital marketing focused on lead generation 2.Familiarity with the real estate and interior design industry is plus 3.Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, basic SEO 4.Knowledge of landing page tools, forms, Meta Business Suite 5.Good communication and reporting skills 6.Experience with lead tracking via CRM or Excel What We Offer: 1.Fixed salary + lead-based incentives 2.Direct involvement with core team/founder 3.Career growth in a high-demand industry 4.Flexible working Hours( Hybrid Role) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work from home Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Moosapet, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Digital marketing : 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
