We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with a strong network and proven ability to drive sales in the real estate and interior design sectors.Special Preference will be given to candidates who are ex-members or ex-employees of associations such as:
These individuals usually carry strong client trust and pre-built professional networks, which help in immediate business generation.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Leverage personal and professional networks to generate leads in property sales and interior projects2.Convert high-potential leads through meetings, presentations, and effective follow-ups3.Collaborate with housing societies, banking professionals, builders, and interior design clients4.Conduct site visits and property showings, and explain design concepts tailored to client needs5.Build long-term relationships with individual buyers, investors, and commercial clientsPreferred Candidate Profile:
Background: Former or current members of banking associations, real estate groups, housing societies, employee unions, or similar networksNetwork Strength: Must have strong local/regional contacts that can convert into business
