Job Description

Role & responsibilities

01. Lead Funnel Creation & Strategic Development

• Design and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies targeting startups and

organizations with 25+ employees, focusing on Series B to Series F companies

• Build and maintain qualified lead pipelines with conversion targets of generating 1,000 leads to

achieve 100 qualified leads and 20 POCs per quarter

• Develop and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email

marketing, content marketing, and targeted outreach

• Create and optimize lead scoring models to prioritize high-potential prospects based on

engagement levels and fit criteria

02. Target Account Analysis & amp; ICP Development

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify and analyze target accounts in high-growth

industries including SaaS, FinTech, eCommerce, Enterprise Software, IT Services, and Consulting

• Develop detailed Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) focusing on companies with $10M-$500M ARR,

primarily in US, Europe, UK, and APAC markets

• Research and identify decision-makers including CTOs, HR Directors, Operations Managers, and

CFOs within target organizations

• Analyze technographic data to identify companies using modern development frameworks, HR

tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, BambooHR, Workday), and business collaboration tools

03. Advanced Lead Generation Execution

• Execute personalized cold email campaigns with tailored messaging addressing specific pain points

around global hiring bottlenecks, compliance issues, and HR productivity challenges

• Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and InMail for targeted outreach to key decision-makers and

influencers

• Utilize lead generation platforms including Apollo, Crunchbase, and LinkedIn for prospecting and

list building

• Implement referral programs, event marketing, and partnership-driven lead generation initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent professional

experience)

  • 3-6 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in SaaS, EOR, HR services, or

related technology sectors

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets and conversion KPIs
  • Experience with Series B to Series F startup environments and understanding of their growth

challenges

Advanced proficiency in lead generation tools and platforms including LinkedIn Sales Navigator,

Apollo, Crunchbase, and email automation platforms

  • Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) including workflow automation,

lead scoring, and analytics

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing platforms, and lead nurturing

strategies

  • Experience with data analytics tools and ability to interpret conversion metrics and campaign

performance data

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
