Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the IT sector. You will be responsible for researching target accounts, engaging prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls, and working closely with the sales team to convert leads into qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients in target industries.
  • Generate leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound calls.
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria and pass them to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in an IT/software company.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
