Job Description

Role Summary:
Responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying high-quality leads through digital and outbound channels to support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify B2B or B2C leads via digital campaigns, email, LinkedIn, and outbound efforts
  • Manage lead databases and update CRM regularly
  • Work closely with sales teams to improve lead conversion
  • Track and report lead performance metrics
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of lead generation experience
  • Experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • EdTech or B2B experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
