BDE (Online Bidding Specialist)

This role combines bid writing, lead generation, client acquisition, and freelance account management. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, drafting compelling proposals, managing multiple platform accounts, handling client communication, coordinating internally, and achieving monthly acquisition targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, evaluate, and shortlist relevant projects across Upwork, Freelancer, Fiver, People Per Hour, and similar platforms.
• Write clear, concise, persuasive, and well-researched proposals tailored to project requirements.
• Create, optimize, and manage accounts on global project portals, including profile optimization and portfolio management.
• Conduct research to understand client requirements, technical scope, and industry expectations.
• Communicate with clients through messages, emails, and calls to clarify project scope and present solutions.
• Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines to successfully close deals.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, designers, and the marketing team to gather inputs for proposal preparation.
• Track and monitor the progress of bids, maintain logs, and prepare periodic reports.
• Analyze client feedback and incorporate improvements into future proposals.
• Maintain a repository of templates, case studies, and success stories for efficient proposal development.
• Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent command of English, including grammar, clarity, writing style, and structure. This will be evaluated in the first round and is an elimination criterion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Bid Writer, Client Acquisition Specialist, or Online Bidder for freelance platforms.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, AI, web development, mobile applications, and other IT services.
• Ability to create persuasive and high-quality proposals tailored to individual client needs.
• Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiver, People Per Hour, and related platforms.

SKILLS:

• Experience with project management or CRM tool.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
• Basic familiarity with graphic design tools for visually structured proposals.
• Awareness of trends in blockchain and AI, including DeFi, NFTs, machine learning, and neural networks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
