Role Overview

We are looking for a Programme Manager who can plan, execute, and manage the delivery of academic programs, workshops, and collaborations with schools and institutions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between the academic, sales, and operations teams to maintain high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee the implementation of academic programs and workshops.
• Collaborate with schools, colleges, and partner institutions to execute Unchaai’s initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and academic) to ensure timely delivery of programs.
• Track program performance and provide regular reports and feedback.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, educators, and partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency and student engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Management, or related field.
• 1-2years of experience in program management, preferably in EdTech or education sectors.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or project management tools (e.g., Zoho, Trello, Asana).
