Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound/outbound channels.
  • Use tools such as

    ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    to build and manage prospect lists.
  • Work with

    Salesforce CRM

    to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Run targeted email and outbound campaigns; create reports and dashboards in

    Excel

    .
  • Support the Business Development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and demos.
  • Understand QBS Learning’s product and service offerings (print, digital, and EdTech) and effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and product) to drive revenue growth.
  • Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to contribute to sales strategies.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in publishing, EdTech, or service-based industries.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Excel

    (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting).
  • Experience with

    CRM tools

    (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools (

    Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.

    ).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical/product details and explain them in a client-friendly manner.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
