Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify new leads across law firms, legal departments, and legal service providers globally
  • Build and maintain lead databases for outreach across APAC, MEA, Europe, and the Americas
  • Execute email and LinkedIn-based lead generation campaigns targeting legal, privacy, GRC, and cybersecurity professionals
  • Coordinate with sales and content teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals
  • Track and report on lead performance metrics to continuously improve outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with the speaker and delegate acquisition teams to align outreach with event targets

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation or client prospecting (experience in the legal/events/tech industry is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to influence decision-makers
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Solid research skills and attention to detail in identifying high-quality leads
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
  • Well-organized with excellent time management and follow-up discipline
  • A results-driven attitude and ability to meet or exceed monthly lead targets
