Lead Generation Specialist Gurugram 0 - 2 years INR 2.5 - 3.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Identify, research, and qualify new leads across law firms, legal departments, and legal service providers globally Build and maintain lead databases for outreach across APAC, MEA, Europe, and the Americas Execute email and LinkedIn-based lead generation campaigns targeting legal, privacy, GRC, and cybersecurity professionals Coordinate with sales and content teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals Track and report on lead performance metrics to continuously improve outreach efforts Collaborate with the speaker and delegate acquisition teams to align outreach with event targets Qualifications Proven experience in B2B lead generation or client prospecting (experience in the legal/events/tech industry is a plus) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to influence decision-makers Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools Solid research skills and attention to detail in identifying high-quality leads Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment Well-organized with excellent time management and follow-up discipline A results-driven attitude and ability to meet or exceed monthly lead targets
