Lead Generation Specialist

We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Lead Generation / Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will connect with IT professionals on LinkedIn, understand their training and certification needs, and generate qualified leads for the Sales and Counselling teams. Job Title: Junior Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation

Location: Gurugram, India

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation on LinkedIn:

Build relationships with IT professionals through LinkedIn.

Engage with potential customers via chat to understand their course requirements.

Obtain and share contact details (email and phone number) of interested individuals with the Sales IT team.

Daily Target Achievement:

Generate 8-10 qualified leads daily.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Work closely with the Sales team to ensure proper follow-up of leads.

Coordinate with Counsellors to address customer inquiries and requirements.

Customer Interaction:

Provide a professional and approachable first impression while chatting with customers.

Deliver excellent customer experience and ensure effective communication.

Learning & Growth:

Participate in training sessions to understand Eduvyne’s offerings and customer requirements.

Continuously enhance communication and lead generation skills.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Any graduate or equivalent.

Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in lead generation or marketing is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Basic understanding of IT training or willingness to learn.

Goal-oriented with the ability to meet daily targets.
