Lead Generation Specialist

• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
• Conduct research to identify potential B2B clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
• Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of email contacts.
• Create compelling and personalized email content to engage recipients and drive conversions.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, response rates).
• Optimize email campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices.
• Assist in the segmentation of email lists to ensure tailored messaging for different audience segments.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align email marketing strategies with overall lead generation goals.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed information on leads and campaign outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving email marketing efforts.
