Location: Remote (India)

Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM; Mon-Fri


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating high-quality leads for IT services and consulting businesses, with strong expertise in cold calling and lead nurturing. This role requires a proactive professional who can identify, qualify, and convert potential clients into sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation activities
  • Research and qualify potential prospects to ensure alignment with target customer profiles
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and activity tracking
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team
  • Follow up on inbound leads promptly and convert them into qualified opportunities
  • Coordinate with the sales team to hand over leads and support the sales cycle
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
  • Stay updated on IT services and consulting trends to effectively pitch solutions to prospects


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of lead generation experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry
  • Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting for IT solutions or consulting services
  • Strong understanding of IT services offerings such as software development, web/app development, cloud solutions, or IT consulting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead prospecting tools
  • Familiarity with email automation platforms and outbound marketing tools
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
