We are seeking a results-driven Organic B2B Lead Generation Specialist – Ed Tech Industry to grow our pipeline of qualified leads through non-paid channels. This role focuses on using LinkedIN and Google Search and outreach strategies to attract and engage key decision-makers and generate interest in our Business Consultancy and Leadership Training and Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement organic lead generation strategies targeting B2B decision-makers.
Use LinkedIn, email outreach, SEO, and content marketing to attract and qualify leads.
Identify target companies and personas aligned with ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
Create and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns and thought leadership content and Search.
Build and manage prospect lists and maintain data accuracy in CRM tools or Excel Sheets.
Conduct cold outreach (email/social) in a personalized and value-driven way.
Stay updated on industry trends and B2B lead gen best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B lead generation, especially through organic methods.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach tools (e.g., Hunter.io, Instantly, Apollo).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. [Under Graduates with Similar Expertise can also Apply]
Experience with content marketing or inbound marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Background in account-based marketing (ABM) is a plus.
