Role Overview – Growth Intelligence Specialist:

We’re looking for a creative, sharp, and highly curious individual who can fuel our business pipeline with high-quality prospects. As a Growth Intelligence Specialist, you will deep-dive into industries, discover potential clients, and build strong prospect funnels that support our global outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, industry reports, online tools, and market trends.

• Build and maintain high-value prospect lists aligned with our target sectors.

• Perform lead qualification to identify decision-makers and business opportunities.

• Engage with prospects through email or LinkedIn outreach when required.

• Manage CRM entries, update data, and track performance metrics.

• Collaborate with the BD & Marketing teams for market insights and campaign alignment.

• Analyse competitor activity and identify new opportunity zones.

Core Skills Required:

• Strong research mindset with a curiosity to explore diverse industries.

• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, PR, or brand communication (preferred).

• Ability to organize, structure, and analyze information.

• Comfortable working with CRMs, spreadsheets, and research tools.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Freshers are welcome; experience in lead generation/sales research is a plus.
