Job Description

Lead Generation Executive (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential prospects across industries using online tools and platforms
  • Reach out to prospects through cold calls, email campaigns, and social media (LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Qualify leads based on given criteria and update lead status accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve lead generation strategies
  • Report daily and weekly lead generation activities and outcomes to supervisors

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or currently pursuing)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic digital communication tools
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles or CRM systems like HubSpot, Z
