Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, or inside sales, with excellent communication and persuasion skills. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
  • Explain product/service offerings and answer customer queries.
  • Follow up on leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the customer database in CRM software.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of experience in calling or inside sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
