Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end project activities ensuring timely delivery.
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams and domestic/international clients.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, timelines, and progress trackers.
  • Monitor project risks and handle escalations effectively.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and follow up on key action points.
  • Support the team with resource planning and task allocation.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in handling client calls, emails, and presentations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and stick to tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
