Job Summary:

Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions
• Maintain customer data and call records in CRM tools
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures and escalations
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport

Requirements:

• Minimum 

  2 years

   of experience in telecalling / inside sales

• Fluent in Marathi and English

   (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
• Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable working in a remote/hybrid setup
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
