Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive, located in Pune. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, engaging with potential clients, maintaining the lead database, and conducting outreach campaigns. The role entails developing and executing lead generation strategies to meet business objectives. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team and contribute to achieving the company’s growth targets by building and nurturing relationships with prospects.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
• Experience with CRM tools, data management, and maintaining accurate lead tracking records
• Ability to develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel lead generation strategies
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience or knowledge in sales, marketing, or related domains is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
