Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage in proactive outreach to potential clients through cold calling and telecalling, utilizing excellent communication skills.
- Identify and qualify leads within target markets, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies and tactics that align with business goals.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of prospective client information and track contact and follow-up activities accurately.
- Convert leads into qualified prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of the companys offerings and the value they provide.
- Monitor and report on lead generation activities, ensuring targets are met and any issues are effectively addressed.
- Work closely with the sales team to hand-off leads and ensure a seamless transition to the sales phase.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential areas for lead generation and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and refine scripts for cold calling to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation or telecalling roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding lead targets.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, to effectively engage potential clients.
- Strong ability to perform cold calling and telecalling, with the confidence to initiate conversations with varied audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team to achieve shared objectives.
- High proficiency in using CRM software and other lead management tools to manage leads and track performance.
- Strong analytical skills to assess leads and determine their potential for conversion effectively.
- Familiarity with the local business environment in Nagpur and Maharashtra to identify and approach the right prospects.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
