Job Summary:
The Lead Generation Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business leads for water and wastewater treatment projects. The role involves market research, database management, outreach activities, and coordination with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients in the industrial, commercial, and municipal sectors requiring water or wastewater treatment solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through online research, cold calling, LinkedIn, industry databases, and trade platforms.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and current lead information.
Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups for the sales team.
Coordinate with the marketing team for email campaigns, digital outreach, and event participation.
Track lead progress through the sales funnel and provide periodic performance reports.
Research competitors, market trends, and tender opportunities.
Support in preparing introductory proposals, presentations, and capability documents when required.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with potential customers to convert inquiries into qualified leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Should be confident in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, preferably in the water treatment or environmental engineering industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
