This dual-role position requires an individual with strong communication, organizational, and customer-handling skills to support the sales team and engage with potential customers.As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with the internal sales team, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining records, tracking orders, and ensuring timely follow-ups. You will work closely with logistics and accounts to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.In the Online Lead Calling role, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming online inquiries and reach out to potential customers generated through websites, digital campaigns, or online platforms. Timely documentation of lead conversations and updating CRM systems is crucial.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), basic computer knowledge, and a proactive attitude.
