Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-ground sales, client interactions, and project acquisitions. Key Responsibilities:Visit potential customers, educate them about solar solutions, and generate leads. Conduct site surveys and assess customer needs for solar installations. Convert leads into sales by explaining the benefits and cost-effectiveness of solar power solutions. Maintain relationships with customers and provide after-sales support. Work closely with the sales head and marketing team to achieve targets. Report daily progress and sales updates to management. Requirements: Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Experience: Prior sales experience in the solar industry is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. Bike & License: Mandatory (Petrol expenses provided by the company). Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and convincing ability. Performance Bonus: If at least one project is closed in a month, an additional will be added to the salary.
