Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in generating qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach specifically in the US/UK markets , targeting clients for IT projects and staff augmentation services . Key Responsibilities: Use LinkedIn and other professional platforms to identify and connect with potential clients in the US/UK markets. Generate high-quality leads for project-based work and IT staff augmentation opportunities. Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through consistent outreach. Research and understand client needs to tailor messaging and increase engagement. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to follow up and convert leads into opportunities. Maintain and update lead data and status reports in CRM tools. Meet weekly/monthly lead generation targets. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation via LinkedIn (preferably in IT or staffing industry). Strong understanding of US/UK market dynamics . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Preferred: Experience in IT services, outsourcing, or staff augmentation domains. Knowledge of email marketing tools and automation platforms is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Experience: 1 month : 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
