Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Market Research & Database Management

  • Identify potential clients in industries, real estate, hospitality, hospitals, institutions, and infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain a database of target customers, including project details and key contacts.
  • Research government tenders, industrial clusters, and new infrastructure developments.

2. Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Understand client requirements and assess fit for company products and services.
  • Record all leads and communications in CRM or lead tracker tools.

3. Appointment Scheduling & Coordination

  • Set up meetings between qualified clients and the sales/technical team.
  • Coordinate internally for proposal preparation and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain continuous communication with prospects until conversion.

4. Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with marketing for campaign execution and follow-up.
  • Support digital marketing and trade show lead follow-ups.
  • Provide inputs to improve lead quality and targeting.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.
  • Track lead-to-opportunity conversion rates and suggest process improvements.
  • Report competitor activities and market insights to management.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research and data management skills
  • Basic understanding of water and wastewater treatment systems (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Business Administration
  • Experience in water treatment, industrial sales, or environment sector preferred

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month
  • Appointment-to-conversion ratio
  • Database accuracy and growth
  • Timely reporting and follow-ups

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,042.01 - ₹40,638.70 per month
