Group Company ACG Pharmapack Pvt. Ltd. Primary Responsibilities Strategic and planning Analysis of end-to-end profitability of satellite entities to understand overall profit earned by organisation. Core Functional Preparation of Monthly MIS- P & L, and B/S, Cash Flow Statements and other reports for satellite entities i.e. NA Europe & China. Provide logical analysis of variation in profits compared to budget & previous year. Submission of end-to-end profitability analysis for Satellite entities. Preparation of satellite entities (NA, Europe & China) Annual Budget within target dates for and revise the same as and when required. Preparation Business plan / project reports for new proposals / bank limits Prepare and compile details as per the Cost Audit requirements and ensure to get the same audited & filed before due date. Internal Process Prepare contribution margins for each segment product wise and circulate the report. Prepare analysis of monthly sales Vs budget along with impact on profitability for Pharmapack, NNP, Europe, NA and China along with variation as compared to Budget and PY. Monitor all transactions related to ACG Shanghai & SRO Prepare monthly SRO expenses allocation to all group companies. Submit stock statement to Banks every month. Prepare cost sheet for each product every month and Circulate monthly price list by 1st of every month. Key Result Areas Analytical information on Sales, Expenses, Product costs and Profitability for Pharmapack and satellite entities End to end profitability analysis of trading business through satellite entities. Quarterly profitability report submission for Satellite entities. Cost Audit compliance.
